Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or no-shows, forfeit the deposit. If our technician has already arrived at your location and service cannot be completed due to circumstances within your control, the deposit is forfeited.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to technician unavailability, weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund of your deposit will be issued.
