These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lost Key Rescue LLC website at lostkeyrescue.com and any locksmith services provided by Lost Key Rescue LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Lost Key Rescue LLC is a licensed and insured mobile automotive locksmith business based in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. We provide the following services:
All services are performed on-site at your location. We do not operate a physical storefront.
We serve Harrison County and Jackson County, Mississippi, including but not limited to Gulfport, Biloxi, D'Iberville, Ocean Springs, Gautier, and surrounding communities. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our standard service area or in locations we cannot safely reach.
Appointments may be booked online through our website or by calling us directly. Online bookings require a non-refundable $85 deposit to secure your appointment slot.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment and your $85 deposit will be refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or no-shows, forfeit the deposit. If our technician has already arrived at your location and service cannot be completed due to circumstances within your control, the deposit is forfeited.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to technician unavailability, weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund of your deposit will be issued.
Prices displayed on our website and quote calculator are estimates based on typical vehicle types and service conditions. Final pricing is confirmed on-site before any work begins. Factors that may affect the final price include:
Our minimum Trip Charge is $85, which covers trip and labor for any service. No work begins without your acceptance of the final quoted price.
For the safety of all parties, we require valid photo identification and proof of vehicle or property ownership before performing any lockout, key replacement, or ignition service. Acceptable proof includes:
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if satisfactory identification cannot be provided. This policy exists to protect vehicle and property owners from unauthorized access.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, Venmo, and Cash App. The service balance (total minus the $85 deposit) is due upon completion of service. Payment is due before the technician leaves your location.
Online deposit payments are processed securely through Stripe. Card information entered for online deposits is handled entirely by Stripe's secure payment system — Lost Key Rescue LLC does not store, view, or have access to your full card number.
We make every reasonable effort to complete your requested service, but we cannot guarantee success in all situations. Circumstances that may prevent service completion include:
If we determine on-site that a service cannot be completed, you will not be charged beyond the deposit. If work has already begun and a complication arises, we will discuss options and pricing before proceeding.
We use professional-grade tools and techniques designed to open vehicles without damage. In the rare event that damage occurs as a direct result of our work, we will document the situation and work with you toward a fair resolution. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to locks, ignitions, or vehicle surfaces.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lost Key Rescue LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of time, inconvenience, or loss of use of your vehicle.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Jackson County, Mississippi.
