Auto lockout service starts at $85 during standard business hours, $125 after hours, and $150 on weekends and holidays. We always confirm the price before starting work — no surprises.

It depends on the key type your vehicle uses. Basic cut keys (older vehicles, pre-1998) start at $153. Transponder chip keys start at $211. Remote head keys start at $243. In most cases, yes — significantly lower. Dealerships typically charge $300–$600+ for a lost key replacement and require you to tow your car to their shop. We come to you and use the same quality of key with professional programming equipment, usually for 40–60% less. We do not upsell or add unnecessary fees.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), cash, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and Cash App. Online booking deposits are processed securely through our website. Balance is due at time of service completion.

The $85 deposit is our trip charge — it covers fuel, travel time, and guarantees your appointment slot. It is non-refundable once we are en route. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, the deposit is fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows forfeit the deposit. The remaining balance is due at completion of service.

Yes. We can create a brand new key from scratch using your vehicle's VIN number — even if you've lost every single copy of your key. We use professional key-cutting and transponder programming equipment to generate and code the new key on-site. This works for most 1990 and newer vehicles.

We service virtually all domestic and foreign passenger vehicles — cars, trucks, SUVs, and vans — from 1985 through the current model year. This includes American brands (Ford, GM, Chrysler/Stellantis), Japanese brands (Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Subaru, Mazda), European brands (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Volkswagen), and Korean brands (Hyundai, Kia). Some high-security European vehicles may require additional specialized programming — we'll let you know upfront.

Yes. We use OBD-II programming tools to sync key fobs and smart keys to your vehicle's computer. We can also replace key fob batteries, diagnose fob issues, and source replacement fobs for most vehicles. Programming takes 20–45 minutes on most vehicles and is done at your location.

Yes. Proximity smart keys (push-button start fobs) are one of our specialties. We source High Quality OEM-compatible replacement fobs and program them to your vehicle's VIN. Starting at $274, this is typically 40–50% less than what a dealership charges. We serve all makes and models with push-button start in the Gulfport, Biloxi, D'Iberville, Ocean Springs, and Gautier areas.

You'll receive an email confirmation immediately with your appointment details and a booking reference number. After the service is complete, you'll receive a digital invoice via email.

This is a legitimate concern. We require photo ID and proof of vehicle ownership (registration, title, or insurance card showing your name and the VIN) before providing any lockout or key replacement service. Our service records are logged with your identity and the vehicle VIN. We take security seriously — your safety matters more to us than any single job.
